Craig David wants to rewind gay rumours
British R B singer Craig David has blamed his lack of luck with the opposite sex on reports earlier in his career that he is gay.
He explained that rumours started about his sexual orientation after he deliberately shied away from fans because of their age and experience.
The star said: “Those rumours started back when we were playing Re-Rewind in the clubs. All these women in the audience were interested in me, but I was having none of it.”
“Why? Well, you know, I was 17, still relatively inexperienced, sexually speaking, and these women were – what 24, 25. They terrified me.”
