Sikh policeman suspended over gay escort allegations
A police officer has been suspended by the Strathclyde force after The Sunday Mail exposed his alleged double life as a male prostitute.
Constable Suckbir Mann, a 34-year-old married officer, is Sikh, and has been used by the force in the past as a symbol of their multi-culturalism.
The most serious accusation against Mr Mann is that he offered to supply a generic version of Viagara to clients.
A page on gaydar, offering sex for £100, featured pictures of the officer in a range of fetish clothing, including crotchless leather chaps.
It offered sex at a variety of locations, under the pseudonym Master Rajj.
The Sunday Mail quotes a police source as saying: “It is very difficult for everyone concerned and there is some sympathy for him being at the centre of an investigation.
“He seems to have been a very silly boy but nobody knows quite what will happen to him.”
Master Rajj’s gaydar page has now been removed.
