Stephen Fry’s Twitter account hacked and accidentally tweets gay porn
Stephen Fry’s Twitter account appeared to have been hacked last night, as he accidentally tweeted a link to a gay porn video.
The video was quickly deleted, before an embarrassed tweet appeared from the actor and writer to his 5,547,186 followers.
Shortly after deleting the video, Fry tweeted again to question what had happened, and to ask if he had been hacked. He said: “Well I don’t know what happened there. Was I spammed ? x”.
The Tout.com account that the tweet appeared to have originated from was deactivated shortly after the post appeared, and was disappeared.
Hugh Grant, star of Four Weddings and a Funeral, Love Actually, About a Boy and the Bridget Jones films, has recorded a video in support of the Out4Marriage campaign to make same-sex marriage legal in the UK.
When the news broke, Stephen Fry tweeted a message saying: ”Hugh Grant has come out! He says love is the same straight or gay: hurrah for him @Out4Marriage! https://youtu.be/JdsoJKRYEYg”
He did not respond to a PinkNews request, but we do hope he’s okay and that he has regained control of his Twitter account!
