Viral video star Antoine Dodson: ‘If my son was gay I’d ‘try to fix him’, but I love him regardless
The star of a viral video from 2010, Antoine Dodson, has said he would try to “fix” his newborn son if he turned out to be gay but that he would “still support him no matter what.”
Dodson appeared in a news report which went viral in 2010, in which he told a reporter “Hide your kids, hide your wife, hide your husbands… because they rapin’ everybody out here,” has just welcomed his newborn son into the world.
Speaking to TMZ, Dodson said he thought being gay was wrong, but that he would love he son even if he turned out to be attraced to the same sex.
He said: “I wouldn’t be shocked because I lived that life before… I would try and get him help.”
Dodson continued, “Even if he couldn’t be fixed it doesn’t matter because I still support him no matter what.”
Last year Dodson swore to become straight and start a family last year.
