Laverne Cox announces that she is dating: ‘I believe in love and respect’
Famed transgender actress Laverne Cox has spoken out about finding time to date, despite a busy schedule.
Speaking to E! News, the Orange is the New Black star discussed dating, the possibility of having children and her stance on love and respect.
She said: “I’m managing to find time to date, I’m seeing someone but we haven’t defined what we’re doing, we’re just enjoying each other’s company and having a very good time and laughing together and supporting each other”.
“I believe in love, I want to be in love and in a partnership with a man who loves and respects me,” she continued.
Cox was earlier this year featured on the cover of TIME magazine, after criticism as she was not featured in its list of 100 Most Influential People.
