A teenager was the victim of a homophobic attack at a Hampshire music festival.
According to the Southern Daily Echo, an 18-year-old was kicked and verbally assaulted in the attack at the Festibelly event, which was held in Lymington over the weekend.
The attack took place on Friday, on the day that the event got underway.
A police spokesperson confirmed they had received reports of a homophobic attack.
The victim is not thought to have been seriously hurt in the incident, but police are investigating whether it is connected to a separate incident on Saturday morning, where paint was thrown over tents.
