US: Former The View co-host Sherri Shepherd mocks Rosie O’Donnell’s depression
Sherri Shepherd, a former co-host on The View, has made fun of Rosie O’Donnell for her depression, as well as her “other ailments.”
Appearing on Good Morning America, Shepherd started mocking O’Donnell for taking off her shoes on The View’s first episode this year.
According to the Examiner, Shepherd lifted one of her legs in the air and imitated O’Donnell, saying, “I got gout. Here’s my toes. I want to show you my toes. And I’ve been depressed.
“And I got sciatica in my back. And I’m going through depression. … How many other ailments can I get? I got 12 more in the year that I’ll be on ‘The View.’”
She was known for bringing controversy to the cast, most notably for clashing with conservative co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck.
