One Direction singer Harry Styles on dating men: Don’t knock it ’til you try it
Harry Styles has continued to joke about his sexuality, implying that he would be happy dating men.
In an interview with The Sun on Sunday, the One Direction singer was talking about dating alongside fellow singer Niall Horan.
When the interviewer brought up dating men, Styles joked: “Hey, don’t knock it ’til you try it.”
The singer previously joked about his sexuality last week, appearing alongside his bandmates in an interview with ODE during which they were asked to name four traits they look for in a girl.
While bandmate Liam Payne was quick to say: “Female, it’s a good trait,” Styles laughed, and added: “Not that important”.
Styles has previously denied being bisexual in interviews.
Earlier this year Styles showed his support for gay NFL player Michael Sam by wearing his St Louis Rams jersey – just days before Sam was cut by the team.
However, bandmate Louis Tomlinson reacted less well to stories noting he was seen wearing a shirt with Apple’s original rainbow logo, seemingly in support of newly-out CEO Tim Cook.
He ranted to an Independent journalist: “The fact that you work for such a ‘credible’ paper and you would talk such rubbish is laughable. I am in fact straight.
“Google ‘original apple logo’ and you will see the one printed on my shirt that you reported on. Trying to look for a promotion ?
“F**king ridiculous I even have to tweet that shit !”
