Arizona pastor: We could cure AIDS by Christmas if we stone homos to death
A Christian pastor has claimed that the world could be cured of AIDS “by Christmas” if “homos” were stoned to death.
Pastor Steven Anderson of the Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe, Arizona made the disturbing claim last week, in a sermon ahead of World AIDS Day.
He said: “Approximately 1.6 percent of the US populations, and 0.7 percent are bi… it’s all the same category, Sodomite.
“Turn to Leviticus 20:13, because I actually discovered the cure for AIDS. We could have an AIDS free world by Christmas if we follow this.
“If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death. Their blood shall be upon them.
“And that, my friend, is the cure for AIDS. It was right there in the Bible all along… and they’re out spending billions of dollars in research and testing.
“It’s curable, right there. Because if you executed the homos like God recommends, you wouldn’t have all this AIDS running rampant.”
The church is listed as an active anti-gay hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Centre, and previously came to attention when Anderson prayed for the death of President Barack Obama.
Anderson previously admitted: “I do hate homosexuals and if hating homosexuals makes our church a hate group then that’s what we are.”
