Kristen Stewart holidays with a girl – so what?
A number of tabloid newspapers are speculating about the sexuality of actress Kristen Stewart – after she was spotted on holiday with a woman.
The former Twilight actress – who has kept her love life private ever since splitting from former co-star Robert Pattinson – was spotted with “close friend” Alicia Cargile on holiday in Honolulu.
Photos published by a number of tabloids shows the pair holding hands and snuggling on a Hawaii beach, while the actress is dressed in long shorts and a hoodie.
Papers have begun to openly speculate about Stewart, with the Metro claiming “Kristen Stewart fuels lesbian rumours”. Meanwhile, IBTimes asks: “Is Kristen Stewart a lesbian?”
However, the Daily Mail avoided the subject of the pair’s sexuality – claiming that Cargile is simply a “gal-pal”.
The actress explored her masculine side last year in a Jenny Lewis music video, in which she dressed as a man and donned a fake moustache, alongside Anne Hathaway and Brie Larson.
