The Republican party probably regrets using the ‘ruin a wedding’ hashtag
A zinger from the Democratic party is going viral – after the Republicans used an ill-judged choice of hashtag.

This week, the GOP used the hashtag #RuinAWeddingIn5Words to take a swipe at rumoured Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, writing: “I’m so ready for Hillary.” #RuinAWeddingIn5Words”
Many people noted the hypocrisy in the statement, given that Republican Governors and Attorney Generals continue to ruin same-sex weddings by dragging out costly and protracted legal battles on the issue.
.@GOP You guys #RuinAWeddingIn5Words when you tell LGBT couples “this wedding is not legal.” #LoveIsLove

The Democratic Party didn’t waste any time in coming up with a reply, tweeting to their opponents: “.@GOP You guys #RuinAWeddingIn5Words when you tell LGBT couples ‘this wedding is not legal.’ #LoveIsLove”.
The response has been retweeted over a thousand times so far.
Last week, Republican Ben Carson joked about putting poison in the wedding cakes of same-sex couples – which would definitely #RuinAWeddingIn5Words.
Ms Bondi – who is reportedly married to her third husband – continued to fight against same-sex marriage up until the week weddings came into effect in December, filing desperate legal attempts to stall the impending ceremonies.
In one of her numerous court documents on the issue, Bondi claimed that same-sex marriage would cause “significant harm” to the public.
