Ku Klux Klan hails Alabama justice for attempting to block ‘fudgepacker’ marriages
The chief justice of Alabama, who has been attempting to stop judges from marrying same-sex couples, has found some probably unwanted support in the Ku Klux Klan.
Moore also threatened probate judges with legal action if they did marry same-sex couples.
The Ku Klux Klan in Mississippi has since put out a statement saying: “The Mississippi Klan salutes Alabama’s chief justice Roy Moore, for refusing to bow to the yoke of Federal tyranny. The Feds have no authority over individual States marriage laws. The fudgepackers from Hollywood and all major news networks are in shock that the good people from the heart of Dixie are resisting their Imperialist, Communist Homosexual agenda!”
The chief justice of the Alabama Supreme Court previously encouraged judges to flout the ruling.
Justice Roy Moore said in an order that judges in the state are not required to obey the ruling.
