Anti-gay TV preacher: I can perform miracles on dogs
Homophobic TV preacher Pat Robertson, who thinks people only turn gay when they have been molested by gay people, has claimed that he ‘faith healed’ his dog.
Robertson was voted Bigot of the Year by Stonewall in 2013, and has previously claimed Jesus would never have baked a wedding cake for a gay couple, and called for Christians to flee states with same-sex marriage.
On his Christian Broadcasting Network show The 700 Club, Robertson claimed that he can perform miracles on dogs.
He explained of his dog: “She’d kill rabbits and stuff, but she also found a Border Collie to mate with, and the next thing you know she had a bunch of puppies.
“There was one we kept, he was an ugly thing but he was the sweetest dog.
“He got some illness, he was in tremendous pain, and I laid hands on him and asked God to heal him, and instantly the Lord took the pain away.
“It was instant healing! God’s healing is not limited to human beings, it’s for everybody.”
