A gay couple who are looking to adopt a child have recorded a song for their unborn child.

Joe Morales and Joey Famoso of Minneapolis, made a parody of Meghan Trainor’s hit Dear Future Husband – titled Dear Future Baby.

The pair recorded the parody in order to encourage an expecting mother to help them.

They told CBS: “I think is that the song, especially the beat, transcends demographics within age.

“I think it’s just really a nice great beat that someone who is older as well as little child can enjoy.

“In our wordsmithing, we kind of brought it to be everything about us doing for he or she.

“Our number one goal is for the future birth mother to see this and say ‘Oh, my gosh, I love them. They are the ones.”

“There are so many great families for a birthmother to choose, and by doing this, we hope to be one of the top on her list.”

The song – which will doubtlessly embarrass the pair’s child in years to come – includes the lyrics including: “We know just how to treat you like a baby / Even when you’re acting cranky / We’ll make everything alright

“You will never feel that you’re not loved – cause you’re gonna know we love you each and every night”.

Meghan Trainor herself has already given her approval to the pair – writing on Facebook: “I love this! What an amazing story!”.

The pair are currently seeking a birth mother on Lifelong Adoptions.
