What time is Eurovision on, and everything else you need to know
The Eurovision Song Contest grand final takes place tonight – here is everything you need to know about the competition.
When and where can I watch Eurovision?
The final is broadcast in the UK on BBC One at 8pm, hosted by Graham Norton. The competition is hosted in Vienna, following Conchita Wurst’s victory last year.
Wurst will also return as this year’s Green Room host.
Who has made it through to the final?
The full list of finalists is available below.
Bonus – watch out for Lithuania’s act Monika Linkyte and Vaidas Baumila. At the semi finals they performed their catchy country-pop tune ‘This Time’, and caused a stir as part-way through, dancers swapped, and kissed their same-sex partners.

How come Australia is allowed to compete?
Controversially, the decision to allow Australia to compete was made in light of the fact that this is the competition’s 60th anniversary year.
The special one-off participants were announced earlier this year, and Guy Sebastian is set to make the 18,000 mile round trip to represent the country.
How does voting work?
Each of the 40 countries who enter the contest awards points based on a 50/50 split between professional juries and public vote.
Who is favourite to win?
Måns Zelmerlöw’s track ‘Heroes’ makes Sweden the bookies’ favourite, but of course the competition could go any way.
Don’t get too excited, however. The UK’s entry, Electro Velvet’s ‘Still In Love With You’, has previously been compared to a vintage waffle ad.
