London Bridge gets a rainbow make over
A rainbow road has appeared on London Bridge – to cheer people up on a gloomy Monday.
The rainbowĀ was created as part of Spark Your City, an initiative Ā to transform landmarks and spice up the everyday.
London Bridge’s rainbow was helped along by BBC Radio 1 DJ Gemma Cairney.
It’s been compared to the rainbow road from video game Mario Cart, with one twitter user saying she: “Had to resist the urge to drop banana skins and throw shells at people”.
