Homophobe accuses NBC of changing its logo to ‘gay colours’ …it’s just their normal logo
A homophobe has ranted at US TV network NBC for changing its logo to ‘gay colours’ – but the network’s rainbow logo has been in place for nearly three decades.
Businesses across the US and world have been showing their support to celebrate the Supreme Court ruling bringing same-sex marriage to all 50 states, as well as the culmination of Pride Month.
Facebook user Don Stair attempted to vent about the practice – complaining to NBC Arkansas network KARK 4 News about their ‘rainbow’ logo.
He ranted: “Your changing your station logo with the colours of gays is a disgrace. Just stay out of it… Your integrity is ruined… ABC KATV is my choice in the future for all Little Rock station viewing… Shame on you!”
However, Mr Stair should probably have looked a little closer – as NBC was using the same rainbow ‘peacock’ logo it has used consistently since 1986.
KARK shot back: “We didn’t change our logo Don. Same logo as always.”

It’s not the first case of mistaken identity recently – with CNN carrying a segment on Saturday about an ‘ISIS flag’ being carried during Pride in London.
The show’s anchor claimed “The ISIS flag amongst a sea of rainbow colours was spotted by a CNN international assignment editor” – but the flag in question in fact featured a number of vibrators and sex toys.
