This trans man took a selfie every day for three years as he transitioned, to document the changes.
Jamie Raines started the project before going on testosterone aged 18, taking a picture of himself nearly every day.
Three years later, aged 21, Mr Raines – who appears in Channel 4 documentary Girls to Men next week – has uploaded the pictures to show how much he has changed.
He explained to Buzzfeed: “I wanted something for me to document my transition. I thought I’d take a photo every day so when I strung it all together you could see the changes. Within the first six months you didn’t see that much but as time went on it became more and more rewarding.”
The first few months of selfies show Jamie before beginning to take hormones…
As the months went on, he grew more confident….
…and began to try out new looks.

After some time on T, Jamie started to notice changes…
…subtle things, like his nose slightly changing shape…
And the beginnings of facial hair.
Apparently sometimes all his clothes would fall off?
But there’s definitely more facial hair.
Soon Jamie was pretty much unrecognisable, in just a few years.
And now, he looks… well, like THIS.
