Justin Bieber probably regrets taking on Bette Midler, aka ‘Britt Meddler’
Justin Bieber probably regrets getting into a spat with Bette Midler over a tweet his father sent about his penis size.
The spat started after nude photos were leaked of Bieber on a beach in Bora Bora.
In a now deleted tweet, Bieber’s dad said that he was “proud” of his son’s penis size, saying: “What do you feed that thing. #proud daddy.”
Obviously feeling a little uncomfortable, as many were at the time, Midler responded on Twitter, saying: “Justin Bieber’s dad tweeted he’s proud of his son’s penis size. I think the biggest dick in this situation is the dad who abandoned his son.”
Responding, in an interview to Billboard, Bieber said: “This Britt Meddler… I don’t even know who that is, honestly.
“I wanted to immediately say ‘Who is this lady?’, but then I’m just fuelling this negativity. I do feel the photo was an invasion of my privacy. I felt super violated. My dad made light of it, but I don’t think that’s sick and twisted. It was funny. Dads are going to be dads.”
Midler couldn’t help herself, taking to Twitter with a hilarious retort.
She wrote: “Britt Meddler! I don’t know who that is either! But damn that bitch!”
Low and behold, someone created a @BrittMeddler Twitter account.
She tweeted her frustration, tweeting a GIF of Midler, and a message reading: “For the record, it WAS cold there in @BetteMidler’s shadow.”
Basically, Midler is a total badass on social media, and noone is safe.
In a later tweet, she made a scathing joke about Republican Presidential hopeful Donald Trump.
