Meet the gay man who has vowed to stay a virgin for his God
This gay man found his sexual orientation is at odds with his religion – so he decided to never have sex.
Christopher Ong, an evangelical Christian, appears in the below video by Daily Xtra, to talk about coming to terms with his celibacy.
Despite knowing he is gay, the 23-year-old has vowed to remain a virgin.
Whilst at university he studied the relationship between Christianity and homosexuality, and decided that sex was off the table.
“Christopher grew up an Evangelical Christian and after a lot of soul searching and crying himself to sleep he decided his religion forbids gay sex.
“In this episode of ‘Heaven or Hell’ he explains why celibacy is not an oppression but something he chose for himself.”
