Homophobic, misogynistic ‘neomasculinists’ online group to meet for first time
Return of Kings also promote anorexia, rape, domestic violence, āslut-shamingā and transphobia.
An online group of misogynistic, homophobic āneomasculinistsā that condones violence against gay men is to meet in real life for the first time.
Return of Kings is a US-based international web community for āheterosexual, masculine menā founded four years ago.
Next weekend, factions of the group will meet around the across 48 countries.
Anyone who is gay, female or trans is strictly forbidden from the events.
The groupās charming ringleader, āpick-up artistā Daryush āRooshā Valizadeh encourages members to ācome out of the shadows and not have to hide behind a computer screen for fear of retaliation.
āUp to now, the enemy has been able to exert their power by isolating us and attacking with shrieking mobs, but weāll be able to neutralise that tactic by amassing in high numbers come February 6,ā Valizadeh wrote.
āLet the sixth of February be a clear signal to all that weāre not going anywhere. We have finally arrived.ā
The group list among their core principles that āa womanās value significantly depends on her fertility and beauty. A manās value significantly depends on his resources, intellect, and character.ā
They also encourage violence towards the gay community, regularly uploading posts and videos of homophobic attacks and articles ā including one in which a āmanā beats up a young gay teen who is out shopping with his mother.
Other bigoted beliefs include that women should not have the right to vote, that females should be treated like ādisposable razorsā, that the ātransgender movementā is a āhorror storyā and that fat people are āa threat to the planetā.
Men attending the Return of Kings meet-ups must ask a specific secret question before they are taken to a bar where the official event will take place.
Our advice? Avoid at all costs.
