Kate Winslet finally admits Leo probably could have fit on that raft in Titanic
Kate Winslet, as well as admitting “feeling Susan Sarandon’s tits”, has said Leonardo DiCaprio probably could have fit on the raft at the end of Titanic.
Speaking to Jimmy Kimmel on his Live show, Winslet talked about sitting next to Leonardo DiCaprio at the SAG Awards.
She also admitted agreeing with a long-standing theory that both she and Leonardo DiCaprio could have fit on the top of a floating door which saves her character Rose at the end of the film Titanic.
Fans have often speculated that there was enough room on the raft
Winslet tells Kimmel in the clip “I think he could have actually fitted on that bit of door.”
She also said it is nice that fans like to see her and Leo together, even 20 years after the film first aired.
“People are always so excited to see Leo and myself in the same space, which, you know, at the end of the day, that’s so lovely isn’t it?
“It’s been 20 years and people still get such a kick out of it. It’s really quite endearing and we do laugh about it. We were giggling about it [at the SAG Awards].
“I was like “My God! Can you actually believe it that people get so overwhelmed by the Jack and Rose thing still today?”
Of feeling Susan Sarandon’s boobs, which she is shown in a photograph doing, she says she did not ask permission first.
