ISIS beheads 15-year-old for listening to pop music
A teenage boy has been beheaded by Daesh (ISIS) for listening to Western music.
The boy, 15, was beheaded after being captured by Daesh militants at his father’s grocery shop.
According to ARA News, the boy was taken before a Shariah court, and was later sentenced to death by public execution.

The reason? He was listening to pop music while working at the shop.
Speaking to ARA News, a spokesman for the Nineveh media centre said: “Ayham Hussein was captured by the jihadis while listening to pop music at the grocery store of his father in the Nabi Younis marketplace in western Mosul.”
According to reports, the boy’s body was handed over to his family on Tuesday this week.
The execution is believed to be the first over rules brought in by Daesh that listening to Western music is forbidden.
The source said: “There was no formal decision by the sharia court that bans listening to western music.”
A statement realised by Daesh two years ago banned “music and songs in cars, at parties, in shops and in public.”
It added: “Songs and music are forbidden in Islam as they prevent one from the remembrance of God and the Koran and are a temptation and corruption of the heart.”
Daesh militants last month executed a teenaged boy in Syria for being gay by throwing him off a roof.
The group has executed hundreds of men for homosexuality as it expands beyond its strongholds.
The United Nations Security Council recently discussed the group’s tactics in persecuting LGBT people, as well as spreading terror and committing other atrocities.
