Kylie Minogue really doesn’t want Kylie Jenner to trademark ‘Kylie’
Kylie Minogue certainly didnāt pull any punches when she criticised Kylie Jennerās trademark application.
Jenner has filed a trademark application for ownership of the name āKylieā, but Minogue has mounted a legal battle to stop her.
According to reports, Jenner wants to be able to use the name Kylie for advertising purposes.
But in a filing by Minogueās legal representatives, she refers to Jenner as a āsecondary reality television personalityā.
Jenner appears alongside her sister Kim Kardashian in āKeeping Up With The Kardashiansā.
In the filing, Minogue also attacks Jenner over criticisms from disability rights groups and African American communities.
It reads that Jenner is āactive on social mediaā, and criticises her for āher photographic exhibitionismā.
Minogue has already trademarked the names āKylie Minogue darlingā, and āLucky ā the Kylie Minogue Musical.
This is in addition to the classic āKylie Minogueā.
Minogue last week announced that she got engaged to her fiancƩ Joshua Sasse.
Kylie has been dating the 28-year-old actor for six months, and it is rumoured that he asked her to marry him at Christmas.
