Trans woman has ears removed so she can become ‘a dragon’
Tiamat has also had extensive surgery to their nose and horns added to their head.
Eva Tiamat Baphomet Medusa, or Tiamat for short, has undergone a series of extreme surgical procedures to become a “mythical beast”, reports the Sun.
Tiamat – who prefers to be identified as ‘it’ – claimed to be the first person to have both ears surgically removed, for cosmetic reasons, a quest to return to its “true form” of a dragon.

The ex-banker has had its nose radically altered, tooth extractions, eye colouring, a forked tongue and a full-face tattoo.
Horns have also been implanted Tiamat’s forehead, with extensive facial and chest tattoos added to resemble reptilian scales.
“I am the Dragon Lady,” Tiamat writes on their website.
“A pre-op M2F (male to female) transgender in the process of morphing into a human dragon, becoming a reptoid as I shed my human skin and my physical appearance and my life as a whole leaving my humanness behind.”
“What I like about body mods is everything from the aesthetic appeal, the sexual pleasure, the shock value and most important of all, personal gratification and spiritual significance,” Tiamat told The Sun.
“Body Modification has given me a new life, a second chance to live my life,” they added.
“I am happy and at long last at peace with my complete self, how I see and feel myself.
“Perfection is a magical thing to experience.”
