Lovely Google ad seamlessly integrates a gay break-up, and new boyfriend goals
Without causing a fuss, a nice new ad for Google Calendar features a gay guy breaking up, getting over it, and then meeting someone new.
While the ad is mainly to do with Calendar’s intuitive features, which apparently help you manage your diary, and sometimes does it itself, the gay protagonist Brad, goes through a whole journey.
He uses Calendar to remind himself to do yoga, and exercise, until he meets a cute new colleague from Spain, and decides to get it to help him teach Spanish.
Oh, and there is a sloth. It’s cute.
