Amy Schumer and Seth Rogen celebrate at gay wedding in new Bud Light advert
Bud Light has released a new ad celebrating same-sex marriage with Amy Schumer and Seth Rogen.
The respective Trainwreck and Neighbors stars appear in the new ‘Bud Light Party’ commercial, featured on the Ellen Show’s YouTube channel.
The pair explain why same-sex marriage is “just like any other marriage”, noting “cringeworthy speeches”, “the girl who’s super ready to settle down”, and, of course, cake.
Ending with the grooms, Schumer and Rogen raising their bottles to celebrate the marriage, the ad has so far been viewed nearly 100,000 times.
This is not the first time the brand has come out in support of marriage equality, Bud Light changed its logo on social media channels to an altered version of the ‘equality’ sign, featuring two cans, back in 2013.
This came two years before the US Supreme Court made a sweeping ruling to legalise equal marriage in all 50 US states.
Schumer earlier this year made it clear that she wants you to remember that she made out with Amber Rose one year previous.
The comic last year ‘outed’ movie star BFF Jennifer Lawrence as ‘gay’ after it was announced the pair will write a film together.
Schumer also made one couple’s engagement photo even more memorable by popping in wearing running gear to photobomb the event.
Amber Rose praised Brad and Angelina for allowing their child John to self-identify at a red carpet event.
