During Rio, we all couldnā€™t help but thirst over some of the athletes.

In fact, itā€™s not just the Olympics that get LGBT media salivating every time a celebrity gets caught naked on a beach or has their social media pics leaked.

Orlando Bloom, for instance, is just one of the latest to get caught out and he certainly wonā€™t be the last.

Sometimes, however, the media arenā€™t as perceptive as they probably should be when it comes to checking some of these images and thatā€™s when there can be problems.

Problems just like the one in this story.

Eduardo Amaral was one of Brazilā€™s swimmers, competing for the country in Rio.

Now, Iā€™m sure youā€™ll agree with us, heā€™s handsome, right?

Well, according to Brazilā€™s Confederation of Aquatic Sports heā€™s also only 17! Uh oh.

Yesterday (August 23), an article was published on the Facebook page of a site called ā€˜Pop goes the newsā€™.

It blasted a number of LGBT websites such as the ā€˜Gaily Xā€™ and ā€˜Instinct Magazineā€™ for linking to a Snapchat video that showed the alleged underage swimmer pulling down his shorts to reveal something very NSFW (naturally, weā€™re not going to talk about exactly what, but it doesnā€™t take a genius to guess).

Around the world, the distribution of sexual images that feature anyone under the age of 18 are illegal. Since Eduardo doesnā€™t turn 18 until September 30, it pointed out that these sites could find themselves in some very hot water.

As far as PinkNews can tell ā€˜Instinctā€™ has removed the link from its Facebook page. ā€˜Gaily Xā€™ has not.
