The cast of Orange is the New Black is united against Donald Trump.

The popular Netflix prison series is currently shooting for its fifth season, which is set to air nextĀ year.

TheĀ cast and crew came together this week – to hit out at the billionaire reality star-turned Presidential hopeful Donald Trump, afterĀ a number of women accused him of sexual assault.

Lea DeLaria posted a photo to Twitter of members of the cast and crew wearingĀ t-shirts bearing the phrase “Vaginas Against Trump”.

A number of cast members took part includingĀ Emma Myles (Leanne), Taryn Manning (Pennsatucky) andĀ Beth Dover (Linda).

DeLaria wrote: “CAST & CREW OF OITNB SAYS F**K YOU TRUMP”.

Other members of the show’s cast have also been vocal.

StarsĀ Taylor Schilling,Ā Uzo Aduba and Natasha Lyonne previously appeared in a star-studded ad for Hillary Clinton, while last week Laverne Cox was featured in a Clinton ad of her ownĀ focused on transgender rights.

Cox recalled: ā€œThe discriminatory HB2 that was passed in North Carolina earlier this year has been very upsetting. What Iā€™ve seen basically criminalises trans people for going to the bathroom. Laws like that have been popping up all over the country.

ā€œWhat we see, unfortunately, in the Republican Party, what we see on a policy level is a party that has consistently tried to disenfranchise people of colour, disenfranchise working people, LGBT people, take away womenā€™s control over their bodies, and that is just something I canā€™t support.

ā€œThere are so many things working to divide us and pull us apart, but we always have to fight.ā€

Referencing a famous speech that Clinton gave to the UN in 2011, Cox said: ā€œLGBT rights are human rights, gay rights are human rights, trans right are human rights, and that is something I know Hillary Clinton has been saying for years.

ā€œWeā€™ve made so many incredible advances particularly in the LGBT community under the Obama Administration. When transgender health care is covered by the Affordable Care Act, that affects peopleā€™s lives in a tangible way.

ā€œIt was impossible to get a passport if you had not had gender reassignment surgery, and in 2010, Hillary Clintonā€™s State Department changed those rules.

ā€œThese kinds of policies have real life effect on peopleā€™s lives. I would tell any of my friends who want to sit on the sidelines that your voice matters. Your vote matters.ā€

She concludes: ā€œHillary Clinton is the only candidate running for President who is going to really fight for us.ā€
