This tribute to victims of the Pulse nightclub shooting has been installed by an Orlando sports club
Orlando City Soccer Club has installed a permanent section of rainbow seating to commemorate those killed in the mass shooting that took place at the Pulse nightclub early this year.
Fifty people were killed and a further 53 injured after a gunman opened fire at the LGBT venue in Florida.
The seats have been fitted at the football team’s new stadium, which is currently under construction.
The club’s founder and president, Philip Rawlins, tweeted an image of the seats.
He included the hashtag “#DefyExpectations”, a possible allusion to a perceived lack of support for LGBT people in sport.

It is the latest addition to a long list of touching tributes, including an event that was held at the city’s famous Disney World resort.
A local museum recently pledged to preserve the many thousands of items left outside the nightclub after the atrocity.
Orlando authorities have announced plans to turn the site of the nightclub itself into a permanent memorial.
Many thousands gathered at vigils around the world to show solidarity with the LGBT community following the June attack.
