Couple’s intruder cam captures landlord using their bed for six-minute gay hook-up
A couple who installed an intruder cam in their rented apartment got one hell of a shock when they checked the footage.
Logan Pierce and Mikaela DiGiulio had rented their house in Colorado Springs earlier this year, via an ad on Craiglist.
The couple installed a Nest security camera network across the house, set up to automatically record intruders – and in late November, Pierce got an alert warning that an intruder had been detected.
However, the couple were shocked to find that one of the cameras, positioned in their bedroom, had captured rather more than the intruder intended to show.
It revealed that the pair’s landlord, Carlos Quijada, had illegally entered the house with another man, and proceeded to have sex on the couple’s bed… for six minutes.
The camera captured both the men in their full glory as they stripped off for what The Smoking Gun describes as a “six-minute round of oral and anal sex”.
Quijada’s hook-up partner proceeded to use a dress from a nearby pile of laundry to clean up a lube stain.
Mr Pierce told KKTV that DiGiulio had worn the dress for their wedding.
He said: “I opened up the camera and kind of had to, like, quit the program and, like, restart it again because I didn’t really believe what I saw.
“I guess the first thing that went through my mind was, like, complete and utter disbelief.”
He called his wife, explaining: “Honey, I think we need to move, like immediately.”
The tenants then called the police on the landlord, passing on the recording of his, erm, entry.
Quijada faces charges of criminal trespassing, a felony, and misdemeanour obscenity.
