Andy Cohen said he wants to put Kellyanne Conway on Real Housewives
Real Housewives executive producer Andy Cohen has revealed that he is “obsessed” with Trump campaign manager Kellyanne Conway and admitted he would love for her to star on his show.
Speaking on Late Night With Seth Meyers the gay talk show and radio host, author and producer confirmed that he had become caught up in Conway’s rhetoric, and would like to think she would fit in well on the show.
“I’m begging her to just consider a spot on the Housewives if she gets bored,” Cohen said.
“She’d be amazing. Alternative facts, I’m waiting for (the Housewives) to bust it out. I’m taping the Beverly Hills reunion in a few weeks and I’m waiting for Lisa Rhinna to be like, ‘Well no, that’s an alternative fact.’”
Cohen told Meyers that he was not put off by Conway’s claim that White House press secretary Sean Spicer has put out “alternative facts” when he gave incorrect information to the press.
“My favourite statement ever made in the history of ever,” Cohen said.
The producer drew similarities between Conway and former Real Housewives of DC star Michaele Salahi.
Conway has previously called homosexuality “corrupting” and said that people “don’t want their kids looking at a cartoon with a bunch of lesbian mothers.”
She has also said that opposing homosexuality is not “right versus left, but right versus wrong.”
