Lady Gaga will be on RuPaul’s Drag Race
Lady Gaga will make an appearance on the next series of RuPaul’s Drag Race.
Fresh off of her Super Bowl performance, Gaga made the surprise announcement this week, confirming a long-rumoured appearance on Logo TV’s drag reality contest.
She confirmed: “The time has come! I’m joining the girls on the season premiere of @RuPaulsDragRace! #DontBeADrag #JustBeAQueen”.
A clip revealed a sneak preview of Gaga’s appearance, featuring her reprising RuPaul’s catchphrase “Gentlemen, start your engines, and may the best woman win”.
Season 9 of Drag Race is set to begin airing in March 2017.
Confirming Gaga’s performance, Logo added: “The season nine premiere event features a shocking opening that will go down as one of the most jaw-dropping moments in ‘Drag Race’ history.”
Elsewhere today, Donald Trump’s favourite conspiracy theorist has claimed that the Super Bowl halftime show was actually a magic ritual to make Lady Gaga a “Goddess of Satan”.
The Born This Way icon performed a medley of her hits at America’s biggest sporting event on Sunday night, appearing from the top of the stadium where a swarm of 300 drones flew in formation and lit up in the shape of the US flag.
Alex Jones of conspiracy theory website InfoWars uploaded his own damning verdict in an internet rant, claiming the performance was in fact a magic Satanic ritual.
He said: “The organisers of the Super Bowl are deciding to defile America and break our will by having us bow down to this.
“She’s reportedly going to be on top of the Super Bowl stadium, ruling over everyone with drones everywhere, surveilling them in a big swarm to condition them, that I am the Goddess of Satan, ruling over them with the rise of the robots.
“In a ritual of lesser magic, they have to tell you what they’re planning in the future, so they’re saying, the rise of the machines is here, you are broken and fallen and I squat on top of you and basically piss all over you.”
