Caitlyn Jenner still dreams about herself as Bruce Jenner
Caitlyn Jenner has opened up about dreams she has where she is still her pre-transition self.
The Olympian-turned-reality star who announced her transition back in 2015, has said that her thoughts “bounce around a lot” and that she still imagines herself as her former gender when she dreams.
In her book ‘The Secrets of My Life’, Jenner is asked “who are you in your dreams?”
She responds: “That’s a very good question. I bounced around a lot when I was young. Sometimes I would be her, sometimes I would be him. Sometimes I would dream about training when I was obsessed with the games. And then other times as times would go on I would be her. It’s been like that for all of my life.”
Of her memoirs, which Jenner says she cut down from thousands of pages, she tells BBC Radio Two: “There’s a lot to learn here, a lot to explain. We had 6,000/7,000 pages of memoirs over a two year period and to crush it down into a 320 pages is not easy. There’s always a lot more to be said.”
Of the ongoing fight for equality, Jenner adds: “There are a lot more fights out there, we have a lot of issues to work on for my community. I’ll always have something to say.”
But according to some of Jenner’s family members, she is not being entirely truthful in her accounts of things that have happened.
Reality star Kim Kardashian was appearing on the Ellen Show when she was asked about Caitlyn Jenner, who was married to her mother Kris Jenner before coming out as trans.
In the interview Kim reacted to Caitlyn Jenner’s upcoming book, a “tell-all” that discusses her transition to female.
In her frequent media appearances to promote the book, Jenner has been harshly critical about her ex-wife’s struggles to accept her transition. On Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kris Jenner trashed the book as “made up”.
Speaking to Ellen, Kim Kardashian said: “My heart breaks for my mom, you know? I feel like she’s been through so much and [Caitlyn]’s promoting this book and she’s saying all these things.
“I don’t think it’s necessary and I just feel like it’s unfair, things aren’t truthful.”
She continued: “She’s not being honest] about some thing about my mom, and other things. I feel like it’s taken her a really long time to be honest with herself, but it’s just so hurtful. I wish her all the success in the world, but not at our expense.”
It comes after she appeared to withdraw her support for President Trump, later saying that she doesn’t regret voting for the President.
The trans reality TV star posted a video on her Twitter page, saying: “From one Republican to another, this is a disaster.”
She then added: “You made a promise to protect the LGBTQ community. Call me.”

Jenner had previously given her support to Trump, and argued he could be much better for the LGBT community than people gave him credit.
However following the decision to officially reverse Obama’s transgender bathroom protections she has changed her mind.
Jenner had also offered herself as a trans ambassador for the Trump administration.
Jenner was previously shown reading PinkNews on her reality show, saying it shed light on her attitudes towards Ted Cruz.
Teenage reality star Jackie Evancho, who flouted a celebrity boycott to perform at Donald Trump’s inauguration, has been told she’s “welcome” to a meeting with the President after she complained that he targeted her trans sister’s rights.
