According to reports, he was not invited to the wake of his late partner, while Kenny Goss, the Wham! starā€™s other ex boyfriend, was.

It has also been alleged the family are trying to oust him from inheritance and trying to force him out of the London home he shared with the performer.

Now Fawaz has broken his silence online.

The fine art photographer wrote, ā€œCourt it is.ā€ in a cryptic post to Twitter.

Rushing to support the art dealer, one fan wrote: ā€œOh no!

ā€œYou shouldnā€™t be dealing with this s*** as well as grieving.ā€

ā€œ? Court it is,ā€ another follower replied.

Another wrote: ā€œMy heart feels for you with everything your going through why cant you be just left alone to grieve. [sic]ā€

It is unclear what the legal statement refers to, but itā€™s thought it could be in relation to The Sun newspaper.

It comes after he marked the first birthday without his other half.

The Lebanon-born model and photographer posted a heartbreaking update as he celebrated the day.

Reflecting on his birthday shared with Michael in 2012, he shared a post by the star.

George Michael wrote: ā€œMorning everyone, today is a special day in my part of the worldā€¦..my better halfā€™s birthday!ā€

In a heart-wrenching caption alongside the image of the tweet, Fawaz wrote that he still loved the singer, tweeting: ā€œMy best birthday gift I ever received . I love you George.ā€

According to The Sun, relatives of singing legend Michael have asked Fawaz to vacate the property he shared so they can put the home up for sale.

ā€œFadi will be so sad as he loves the Regentā€™s Park house and it holds so many fond memories spent there with Georgeā€, a source told The Sun on Sunday.

ā€œBut although the news is devastating he wonā€™t want to make any issue of it with Georgeā€™s family if thatā€™s what they decide to do.ā€

Although Mr Fawaz was allowed to the funeral ā€“ after claims he would not be ā€“ he did not attend the wake.

The singerā€™s childhood friend, Andros Georgiou, claimed the Michael family ā€œhate himā€ and he ā€œwas not really his boyfriendā€.
