Homophobe wants to trademark the rainbow because it’s been ‘raped’ by ‘deluded’ LGBT people
A Christian woman has announced that she wants to trademark the rainbow because “deluded” LGBT people have “raped” and “violated” it.
Linda Harvey, the founder of anti-LGBT Christian group Mission America, explained on WorldDailyNet that she believed the rainbow now acted as “Satan’s banner”.

In the piece Harvey, who recently called for special counsel to investigate “homosexual groups”, wrote that the “sweet rainbow image now serves too often as a garish signpost for slavery to grave homosexual sin”.
Harvey went on to compare the rainbow flag to the Christian cross, and she claims that ‘God’ “did not intend for the rainbow to represent rebellion, iniquity and division.”
She questioned: “So how did this precious symbol become the banner, with few objections, for human depravity, lust, defiance and heresy?”
The Trump supporter goes on to write that the “mightiest logo of all time is the cross” and the “current misuse” of the rainbow flag “needs to end”.
“Rainbows should accompany what God would smile on. God is not smiling on homosexual conduct, gender defiance or the corruption of children, and He never will.”
Harvey wrote that she felt “offended” by all the rainbows she had seen during Pride month, and suggested that she should sue “because the depraved have taken the Lord’s glorious sign of hope and corrupted it”.
She added that instead of the rainbow, the LGBT community should be represented by colours that aren’t bright.
“An appropriate rainbow for the “LGBTQ” sin identity front would look very different, featuring colours like brown, puce, mauve, gray and black – lots and lots of black.
“Depressing, uninspiring, empty, leading nowhere. Satan’s banner,” she added.
Harvey previously claimed thatJesus “bled on the cross” to make sure that gay people become heterosexual.
She has received support from numerous politicians, inclsuding Republican Senator Ted Cruz who said he is “proud” to be backed by Harvey.
Harvey has a long history of disturbing and often extremist far-right rhetoric.
She has repeatedly linked homosexuality with paedophilia, and claimed that people only become gay because of “child molestation” or due to “other traumatic childhood experiences in childhood to neglectful, disordered or abusive parents.”
The activist also claimed equal marriage will cause the apocalypse, denied that homophobic violence exists, claimed homeless gay youths only have themselves to blame, and accused Katy Perry of flirting with Satanism.
