BBC accidentally airs striptease during News at Ten with Sophie Raworth
BBC News has been left red faced after it accidentally aired a blue film during its news bulletin.
Host Sophie Raworth looked oblivious as the x-rated scene unfolded during the live broadcast.
Almost four million people witnessed the steamy striptease, with viewers taking to Twitter in shock at the mistake.
During the 10 o’clock news – the Beeb’s most watched news output – a colleague of Ms Raworth can be been in a newsroom chair watching the film, The Sun reports.
A woman, dressed in a black jumper, can be seen removing her shorts to reveal tight pink underwear.
The woman then removes her top and un-clips her bra, putting her breasts on full view.

The scenes aired during Monday’s news bulletin while Sophie Raworth was discussing England’s cricket win against South Africa.
The steamy scenes remained in shot throughout the item, with bosses seemingly oblivious to what was in the background.
So far it hasn’t been explained how the error happened, or whether the film was related to BBC work.
Viewer Zane Jawad tweeted: “@BBCNews why is there a porn video playing behind one of your news anchors during a report?”
