Hairstylist to the stars Andrew Fitzsimons, says Kylie Jenner and others have donated to his project to empower trans people.

Fitzsimons is known for creating looks for Ashley Graham, Shay Mitchell and Kylie Jenner.

As well as being a hairstylist, Fitzsimons has also teamed up with LA’s LGBT Center and the the Trans Economic Empowerment Program to start his own project.

He asks friends, clients and colleagues to donate beauty products to trans and gender non-conforming people.

And he said Jenner, Graham and Mitchell have all made large contributions, according to Teen Vogue.

“The current political climate we find ourselves in now has been designed to separate us so we lose our voices,” he tells Teen Vogue.

“It is more important than ever that the LGBTQ community come together to help one another, but we also need support from our allies. After years of receiving beauty and self-care products and not knowing what to do with them, I decided to set up a program where we could pool our resources and give back.

“I really think this program will not only provide access to much-needed resources, but also shed a light on the need for outreach and support. I hope people will understand that there is something that they can do to help. Small acts of service add up to big changes.”

He adds: “The beauty industry is such a vibrant community,” he says.

“To me, beauty can be empowering. What’s most important to me is people being their most empowered selves, and if self-care or beauty products can help someone walk out into the world with confidence, then I want to help them do that. Right now, my program only exists in California through the LA LGBT Center and TEEP — but I plan on setting up similar programs all over the country. We have gotten such incredible response.”

He urges anyone who is able to contribute to the program.

And those who do, and those who can’t should also share it on social media, he says.

“I encourage every person who donates to share the positive contribution they have made via social media and inspire others to give back, too,” he adds.

Jenne broke the Met Gala rules earlier this year when she posted a star-studded selfie taken in a mixed-gender bathroom.

Rapper A$AP Rocky and models Paris Jackson and Luka Sabbat were celebrating the event – and somehow not freaking out about being next to other genders.

Moonlight actor Ashton Sanders, as well as fellow thespians Brie Larson and Michelle Monaghan, were also living life to the fullest, without a care in the world.

“I’m framing this,” one fan commented on the post.

But Jenner apparently fell out with Caitlyn Jenner after she allegedly insulted Kris.
