The human Ken doll has hinted that he may become the human Barbie doll as he continues his search for complete “perfection”.

Rodrigo Alves has committed himself to a heavy price tag as he has undergone 60 cosmetic surgeries and hundreds of other aesthetic procedures to look like the classic American doll.

The television personality has now hinted to Italian media that he aspires to have surgery on the one part of his body that remains untouched.

He reiterated this sentiment while talking to the Daily Mail.

“One day when I’m older I may have a sex change and become a Barbie,” he said.

However, the star admitted that his addiction to his appearance is taking a toll and requires constant attention.

“Being a live human Ken Doll has never been easy.

“It takes constant maintenance. Bits fall off and need repairing now and again,” he said.

The 34-year-old added that the most obvious impact surgeries are having are on his hair.

“O have had two hair implants and I’m due to have another one in a few weeks, simply because I was not born this way.”

Because of the effects, Alves is starting to see the physical affects his lifestyle is having, he has made a conscious decision to stop having some of the procedures he regularly relies on, such as liposuction.

“I’m saying goodbye to liposuction. I’m not saying that I won’t have another facelift when I want to or hen I need to, I’m just changing my lifestyle which means a good diet and for the first time in my life, facing the gym,” he said.

He was recently warned he must stop going under the knife due to health fears.

According to The Sun, Alves has splashed out on a long list of surgeries, including: £8,000 on Botox and fillers, £30,000 on nose jobs, £3,000 on liposuction to his jaw, £10,000 on pec implants, £22,000 on a fake six-pack, £7,000 on fillers to his arms, £5,000 hair transplant, £7,000 on laser lipo, £6,000 on leg lipo and £3,000 on calf shaping.

Despite the health risks from his numerous surgeries, he strongly denies having an addiction issue.

In fact, Alves, who inherited a fortune from his grandparents, thinks it’s impossible to be addicted.

“No one can get addicted to plastic surgery,” he insisted in a TV interview. “There’s no such thing.”

Alves was left devastated recently after being ‘mugged’ and having his drink ‘spiked’ on a night out.

The plastic surgery regular woke up to find his veneers shattered and on the pillow of his bed.

Rodrigo claims that a group of women befriended him on a night out, then put a string of pricey drinks on his bar tab without permission, leaving him with a bill of over €600.
