Sassy Gay Republican free healthcare critic is getting his hospital bills crowdfunded
Being one heck of a hypocrite is one bitter pill to swallow.
And the latest person to down a dosage is Twitter user, Sassy Gay Republican, who has been an outspoken critic of Obamacare on the micro-blogging site.
That was why heads were turned when the free healthcare critic posted that he had been in a car accident, and would be raising funds for his hospital bills through a Gofundme page.

The Arizona resident, who also works as a pizza delivery driver, was involved in a crash with two other cars, which saw him hospitalised and his car totalled.
“The paramedics & police officer said I was very lucky. People in these types of accidents don’t typically survive, especially at a whopping highway speed of 65MPH,” he said.
“Unfortunately, because of this tragedy, I had to be hospitalized & I’ve been prescribed pain killers & muscle relaxers. Additionally, I might need some physical therapy but this ultimately relies on my personal finances.”
“Not only that, but everyone’s insurance in that accident will go up, and, currently, my insurance is $117/month. I’m expecting that to increase drastically as I just gave American Family my claim,” he added.
However, this statement wasn’t released to the press — it was posted to the Republican’s Crowdfunder page.
And of course, the Twittersphere couldn’t resist poking fun at a man so fervently outspoken about free healthcare.

In fact, so did he.
But in spite of his remarks, it appears that some Democrats were willing to support him in his battle to recover, and donated to his Crowdfunder page.

It appears, in one of life’s difficult lessons, this Sassy Gay Republican may have learnt about dramatic irony in the most startling way possible. Ouch.
