Kathy Griffin claims Andy Cohen offered her cocaine before TV show

Kathy Griffin has claimed Andy Cohen offered her cocaine before filming his TV show.
The comic says the gay host asked her if she wanted to “do blow” before going on air.
Griffin claims he made the offer on both occasions she appeared on his Bravo talk show, Watch What Happens Live, in the past ten years.
The allegations come after she was axed from CNN’s New Year’s Eve show with Anderson Cooper and replaced by former friend Cohen.

“Right before we went live, Andy Cohen privately asked me in an office in Embassy Row — which is the production company that does that s–t show — if I wanted to do blow,” Griffin said in a lengthy video on Twitter.
“You guys know I’m no prude but I’m like, kind of a straight edge — I thought he was kidding the first time,” she said.
“Just so you know, Jimmy Kimmel or Seth Meyers never asked me to do blow before going on their show.
“No one from ‘The View’ has ever asked me to do blow before a show.”
Griffin goes on to claim the offer was repeated the second time she appeared on his show.
The comedian continued: “I was hoping he was kidding, the second time I do the show, same thing.
“So once again we’re alone in an office and he’s like, ‘Wanna do some coke?’
“And I’m thinking, ‘He’s serious!’ Trust me, he’s going to say he’s kidding and everything, no.
“He was asking me to do cocaine with him, that made me very uncomfortable.”

Cohen was staunchly denied the allegations.
He wrote to his two million followers on Twitter: “I am completely stunned by this story. It is 100% false and totally made up.”
A Bravo spokesperson also told Us Weekly: “This is completely false and we are not going to credit it with any more attention.”
The storm comes after Griffin was fired by CNN following comments about President Donald Trump.
The comedian shocked America earlier this year when she posed for photographs holding a bloodied, ‘beheaded’ Trump.
The graphic image caused an uproar, with prominent Trump critic Griffin being forced to apologise for the ‘stunt’ in a grovelling video.
The channel later announced a new co-host – one of Anderson’s best friends, Andy Cohen.
Cohen is a long-time friend of the news anchor, and the two men posted to Instagram about holidaying together this summer.
Griffin also declared her friendship with Anderson Cooper is officially over.
Cooper was among those to condemn images of the comic holding Donald Trump’s head.
He posted: ““For the record, I am appalled by the photo shoot Kathy Griffin took part in. It is clearly disgusting and completely inappropriate.”
Griffin said she was not impressed by the post, as her news anchor friend had not been in touch with her prior.

In fact, the comic claims he did not contact her for months following the incident.
She told The Cut: “Why are people still expecting me to apologise and grovel to a man that tweets like this?” Griffin said.
“I’m a comedian; he’s our f***ing president.”
“President Trump just pardoned Joe Arpaio, who was essentially running a concentration camp in the Arizona desert,” she told the publication.
“He said there are some good Nazis, and he’s kicking out young adults who were brought here as kids by their parents, and I’m the one who has to continue to apologise?”
Ms Griffin herself admitted the photoshoot “crossed the line”.
