The real reason Jack Maynard was removed from I’m a Celebrity
Professional YouTuber Jack Maynard was removed from ITV show Iām a Celebrityā¦Get Me Out of Here! after just 72 hours in the jungle.
Vlogger Jack, 23, entered the jungle for the reality show alongside nine other celebrities.
He was removed from the show after his history of homophobic and racist tweets were exposed, including using the n-word.
However it now transpires there was another, even more serious reason for his ejection.
According to reports, he begged a 14-year-old fan to send him nude pictures online.
According to Mirror Online, he told the teenage girl that her āboobs are so niceā and āwould look good in a bra shotā but later branded her a āboreā and āugly freakā, when she refused to share pictures.
The messages where reportedly sent from Jackās Facebook account ā which he took down yesterday ā in December 2011, when he was 17.

The girl involved told The Sun: āHe was 16, I was 14. It was something that happens to everyone.
āI never once felt harassed. We were kids, itās not once harmed me at all in any way.
āItās in the past. It is a serious allegation to make, but youāre a kid, you make mistakes.
āHe didnāt know how old I was, and I didnāt know how old he was at the time. I cannot stress enough that the messages were harmless.ā
The YouTuber, who is famous for being the younger brother of singer Conor Maynard, used the N-word as well as homophobic slurs in a series of social media posts.
The posts date from the era of 2012-13, when Maynard was 17-18.
When an abusive commenter suggested he had profited off of his brotherās fame, Maynard hit back: āCompletely forgot you know how I got it YOU RETARDED FAGGOTā.
In another post he hit back āhahaha shutup you faggotā¦ By the way who hit you with a shovel?ā
He also posted tweets using the N-word.
A spokesperson for the vlogger had told The Sun: āJack is ashamed of what he said in these tweets, many of which were deleted a long time ago and were sent in response to a neighbour who was bullying him.
āJack was a lot younger when he posted them in 2012 but realises that age is no defence.
āHe would never use that language now and realises that, as someone who was bullied himself, this kind of retaliatory, inflammatory, insulting language is completely unacceptable.ā
An ITV spokesperson previously said: āJack has issued a full apology and has deleted the tweets that he sent.ā
Some viewers have defended Maynard, calling the decision to remove him from the show āpatheticā.

Lorraine Kelly previously hit out at the comments on her ITV daytime show.
She said: āWhat an idiot, what an idiot! You are right it does come back and bite you on the bum if you write something.
āIf itās unacceptable then, itās unacceptable now.ā
