People are mad about these transphobic comments on the Real Housewives of Atlanta

Fans of the Real Housewives of Atlanta are furious after one of its stars made transphobic comments during a “girls and gays” party.

The comments were made by Kenya Moore who made a surprise return to the show last night.

She attended a “girls and gays” party thrown by Nene Leakes.

Despite the party starting off amicably, it soon turned nasty.

Kim Zolciak-Biermann accused Kenya Moore of having made up her husband and lying about problems in her relationship.

Moore defended herself, reassuring the other housewives that they will meet him “soon, hopefully soon.”

But Zolciak-Biermann responded: “It ain’t gonna fucking happen, b**ch, because he don’t exist.”

Moore responded: “Shut the f**k up, OK?”

She went on: “Why do you have such a hard-on for me? Didn’t they cut it off during your reassignment surgery? Why do you have such a hard-on? Jack off somewhere. Get it off. Jack off somewhere, and get it off your chest.”

Fans called out the show, accusing its cast members of transphobia and homophobia.

One wrote: “Kenya Moore’s “gender reassignment surgery” jokes about Kim Zolciak aren’t fucking cool or funny, they’re transphobic.”

Another added: “Kenya brought a gay to the party then made a transphobic all in one night. Told y’all they don’t like LGBTS people #RHOA.”

While Zolciak-Biermann tweeted: “Totally inappropriate and not funny at all. It’s a VERY real life situation that people go through!”

Moore defended herself, saying that those suggesting transphobia were “reaching”.
