Everybody is in love with these pictures of Bruce Springsteen kissing his saxophonist
Everyone has found a new obsession just in time for Christmas, and it’s utterly adorable.
Pictures of Bruce Springsteen and his late saxophonist, Clarence Clemons, sharing kisses have surfaced online.
Twitter user Dan Cassaro shared a series of images showing the two band members kissing on stage at different gigs.
Cassaro wrote that the pair did it at almost every show, and the pictures are incredibly beautiful.
Even years after originally touring his Born in the USA album, Clemons and Springsteen were still seen smooching on stage.
The pictures were celebrated online with people erupting into “awes”.
One person wrote: “Anyone lucky enough to have seen those guys’, (& the E street band), performances would know that live vibe was so damn good that you’d feel like kissing everyone.”
Another added: “So extremely precious!!!”.
However, the pictures drew some criticism with one person asking “How in the hell is thia [sic] spreading any holiday cheer.
Springsteen is a long time activist for LGBTQ equality.
Speaking in 1996, he said that it was important to introduce marriage equality because “It’s part of your place in society and in some way part of society’s acceptance of you.”
Last year, the musician cancelled shows in North Carolina after the state passed its controversial bathroom bill which prevented trans people from using their preferred toilet.
