Man with 19 inch ‘world’s longest penis’ exposed as a fake
A 52-year-old man who claims to have the world’s longest penis has been labelled a fake.
Roberto Esquivel Cabrera’s says his penis is a whopping 18.9 inches – roughly the same as half a metre in length.
He previously complained of being unable to work due to the whopping size of his manhood.
But radiologist Dr Jesus Pablo Gil Muro, who has examined Roberto, has thrown the world record claims into serious doubt.
Dr Muro said: “When he came here to do a CT scan, my first impression was that it was a unique and unusual case. I had never seen a patient like Roberto.”
However when the medical expert came to examine the long penis, Roberto refused to take off all the bandages and would not let him see the skin.
A CT scan then made some shocking revelations.
He said: “What the CT scan showed was that there is a very large foreskin. It goes just before the knee.
“But the penis itself is about 16 to 18cm from the pubis.
“So, it doesn’t go all the way through the foreskin.
“The rest of the tissue found there is just foreskin, blood vessels, and some inflammation of the skin.”
“He was obsessed with the penis length,” added Dr Muro.
Doctors have also warned the man that keeping the long penis will harm his health.
Far from being a source of pride for Roberto, he has claimed its length has left him plagued with medical issues and resulted in him not being able to seek employment or provide for himself, reports TMZ.
Roberto has now been told to see a psychiatrist to discuss the obsession with stretching his own penis.
It is understood the infatuation with his own anatomy began while he was a child as a means to proving his masculinity.
The wannabe record holder remains adamant that – whatever the experts say – his penis is the world’s biggest, saying “Look where it is, it goes far below the knees.”
Despite the disputed penis length claims, the consequences of the extensive shape remain serious.
Mexican Roberto says he has been forced to register as disabled due to the size.
He has left him unable to perform jobs and is reliant on government assistance.
He told the Daily Star: “I cannot run fast and so the companies think badly of me. They say that they will call me, but they never do.”
He added: “Every four months they give me some economic assistance but it is not enough. I visit the food banks every day to take my meals at 12 ‘o clock.”
Mr Cabrera claims his manhood is so massive that he is unable to abide by simple work tasks such as wearing a uniform.
“I cannot wear a uniform like anybody in the companies and also I cannot get on my knees,” he said.
“I cannot run fast and so the companies think badly of me.
“They say that they will call me, but they never do.”
According to Roberto, after initially dismissing his claim, the government has now recognised him as disabled due to the extensive penis.
“Every four months they give me some economic assistance but it is not enough,” he said.
“I visit the food banks every day to take my meals at 12 ‘o clock.”
It was reported last year that he found work, however.
He was offered a YouPorn role in which doctors and nurses analyse his predicament.
