The top ten kinkiest cities for gay men in the US have been revealed

Hold onto your jockstraps gents, for the top ten kinkiest cities for gay men in the US have been revealed.
In a bid to discover the most popular cities for men pursuing alternative sexual lifestyles in the States, fetish app KinkD mapped where its users were most likely to log on across the country – and the results make for some interesting reading.
Although the east and west coast kingpins New York and California are often at loggerheads when it comes to their progressive status, it appears that the east is the beast when it comes to the kinkiest beings.
Yes, New York City have topped the list of the kinkiest residents in the US. Of course, as the city home to the likes of sex clubs Submit and The Wink, this might come as little surprise to aficionados.
However, the sunshine state does take the second spot with San Francisco making it as the second kinkiest place in America.
And of course, who doesn’t love a good infographic to match?

Coming in third is the windy city of Chicago, with Texas’ taking up the fourth and fifth places with Dallas and Houston respectively.
The awards for the most surprising addition to the list is Denver. The city in Colorado, which is home to the likes of public dungeon club Denver Sanctuary, makes it into the tenth place on the list.
“Dating for gay men can be difficult as LGBTQ people are still discriminated by some in society. The kink lifestyle is also not widely accepted, and it’s considered by some to be a sickness,” said KinKD co-founder John Martinuk.
“It’s not easy being a gay man, let alone a gay man into sex outside of the mainstream. It’s important for them to know that there are many like-minded gay men out there for them. We hope our top 10 list can help them know that they are not alone.”
