Father ordered girlfriend to rape autistic 11-year-old son because he thought he was gay
A man in the US is facing life imprisonment for ordering his girlfriend to rape his 11-year-old autistic son because he thought he was gay.
When Sean Cole, 29, discovered that his eleven-year-old son “compromising position” with another boy, he told his 20-year-old girlfriend Khadeijah Moore to perform sex acts on his son when he visited his home on Thanksgiving in 2016, reports LGBTQ Nation.
Cole then forced his son to perform sex acts on Moore.
“It was solely that (Cole) was worried that his son was gay or might become gay,” Douthit said. “There was no evidence he had a sexual attraction to his son or children. He just though he could, for lack of better words, ‘straighten him out,’” said Madison Assistant District Attorney Tim Douthit.
The assault was discovered when the child started asking his mother, who lives in Georgia, questions about sex.
When she discovered what had happened she took her son to the police.
“I have been prosecuting child sex crimes for a long time now, and this is the first time I’ve ran into anything like this,” he added.
Cole and his girlfriend, Khadeijah Moore, who is currently a fugitive, have been accused of rape, sodomy, and sexual abuse of a child younger than 12, reports AL.com.
Although the child is said to be doing well after the assault, he still believes he “failed” his father for speaking out.
“Dad said to tell no one. I failed him,” he said.
“He still thinks he’s the bad guy. It’s heartbreaking,” said Douthit.
