Fadi Fawaz suggests Twitter hacked after tweeting plan to sell George Michael’s belongings
The former partner of George Michael has appeared to deny claims he posted about selling the late singer’s possessions.
Fadi Fawaz, who was with the Wham! star from 2011 until his death on Christmas Day 2016, posted a string of messages on Twitter on Tuesday in which he suggested he was struggling financially.
“Goerge Micheal [sic] items for sale if you interested please let me know,” he wrote.
“It’s a way so I can survive till we solve the problems with his family and lawyer. Since I’m left with no help and since no one is human anymore.”

Appearing to claim he had been hacked, Fawaz wrote on Instagram: “I am getting lots of msgs asking if it was really me.
“No it was not me of course. This week i had to stop my 2 tel numbers my facebook And being trying to shut down Twitter.”
Later in the letter he added: “Can we please Ignore my tweeter till I sort it.
“What is being said on twitter is madness. None of it is true.”

Fawaz claims someone is trying to “harm him” by posting the messages to his Twitter account and it “needs to stop somehow.”
Fawaz’s Twitter account remains live and is approved with a blue tick.
The last tweet, reading “And no I won’t get a job,” was posted on April 16 at 4am London time.
Photographer Fawaz, who still lives in the “Careless Whisper” singer’s north London home, wrote earlier this week: “I am done with being respectful towards George Michael or the rest.

“I will fight for my right from George Michael till the last day of my life. And no I won’t get a job.”
Fawaz’s comments came less than a week after he opened up about the day he found Michael dead at his home 16 months ago.
An emotional letter posted to Fadi Fawaz’s Twitter account read: “Since I saw you last time a lot has happened. Xmas Day I went to wake you up to go for Xmas lunch in Highgate but u were dead (can you flicking believe that).”
“From that very first moment the world rose from death and pointed their fingers at me…I was all alone…they even accused me I [sic] had something to do with your death.”

He added: “They stopped all of the support I got from your team. I even got denied to our home [sic] in Goring where they even packed my clothes and sent them to me in bin bags.”
The estimated value of Michael’s estate is reportedly in excess of £100m.
Fawaz did not state which belongings he intends to sell. PinkNews contacted him for further comment on the sale of possessions.
