Sarah Paulson reveals how she met Holland Taylor: ‘She slid into my DMs’

Actor Sarah Paulson has revealed how she started dating girlfriend Holland Taylorāafter the pair started messaging on Twitter.
The American Horror Story actor explained she first met Taylor some time before they actually started dating.
On Wednesday (January 23), in an interview onĀ Watch What Happens Live, she said: “Itās a long story. We met a very, very long time ago.
“I was with someone else.ā

The 44-year-old star said that she and Holland bumped into one another again, years later, while helping to promote a group that was collaborating with actor Martha Plimpton.
“We were doing a thing at Martha Plimptonās house,” explained Paulson.
“We sort of breezed by each other and started following each other on Twitter.”

“She actually did!” responded Paulson.

In May, Paulson defended the 32 year age year gap between her and her Two and a Half Men actor girlfriend Taylor.

āWhat I can say absolutely is that I am in love, and that person happens to be Holland Taylor,” she told the publication.
Acknowledging the age difference, the actor said: “Thereās a poignancy to being with someone older.ā
