Andy Cohen becomes a dad—see first picture of baby son Benjamin
Watch What Happens Live host Andy Cohen is officially a father.
The talk show host and TV producer welcomed his first child, baby Benjamin Allen Cohen, on Monday, February 4 at 6.35pm Pacific time, Cohen revealed on Instagram.
Sharing a beaming picture of him holding baby Benjamin, Cohen wrote: “WOW! This is my son, Benjamin Allen Cohen. He is 9 lbs 2 ounces !! 20 inches !! Born at 6:35 pm, PT He is named after my grandfather Ben Allen.
“I’m in love. And speechless. And eternally grateful to an incredible surrogate. And I’m a dad. Wow.”
Cohen, 50, first revealed he was going to become a father on Bravo’s WWHL in December.

“I overshare and I expect everyone around me to do the same, and tonight, I want you to be the first to know that after many years of careful deliberation, a fair amount of prayers and the benefit of science, if all goes according to plan, in about six weeks’ time I am going to become a father,” said Cohen on the December 20 episode of WWHL.
“Family means everything to me and having one of my own is something that I have wanted in my heart my entire life,” Cohen said.
“And though it’s taken me longer than most to get there, I cannot wait for what I envision to be the most rewarding chapter yet.”
Cohen hosted a star-studded baby shower in January featuring cast members from the various Real Housewives series, which he executive produces for Bravo.
Singer John Mayer also attended.
